To ensure customer rights and maintain the best quality transportation service, Dat Xe Nhanh applies a set of policies and regulations for all car booking services, including airport transfers, long-distance trips, ride-sharing, and private bookings.


🔹 1. Booking Policy

  • Customers must provide complete trip details (pickup point, destination, time, vehicle type).

  • To guarantee vehicle availability, please book at least 30 minutes – 1 hour in advance.

  • For long-distance rides or during peak travel seasons, early booking is highly recommended.


🔹 2. Cancellation & Change Policy

  • Cancellations more than 2 hours before departure: free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of departure: a cancellation fee of 20% – 50% of the trip value may apply.

  • For changes in pickup time or location, please inform us as early as possible so we can rearrange your booking.


🔹 3. Service Usage Regulations

  • Passengers must arrive on time at the registered pickup point.

  • It is strictly prohibited to bring contraband, explosives, or illegal goods.

  • Follow traffic safety rules and driver instructions at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle throughout the journey.


🔹 4. Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Transparent fares, calculated by kilometers or service packages.

  • Flexible payment options: cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet.

  • No hidden charges outside the agreed fare (except for additional requests).

  • Customer information is strictly confidential and only used for booking and service purposes.

  • Dat Xe Nhanh does not share personal data with third parties without customer consent.


🔹 6. Dispute & Complaint Resolution

  • Initial response time: within 24 hours.

  • Resolution time: 3 – 5 business days.
