Customers can pay directly to the driver after completing the trip.

Please double-check the amount and request a receipt/invoice if needed.
🔹 2. Bank Transfer

Customers can make payment via bank transfer to the company’s account or the account provided during the booking process.

Please include the following details in the transfer note: Customer Name + Phone Number + Trip Code (if any).

After completing the transfer, kindly send a notification (screenshot or confirmation message) via Zalo/Hotline so we can verify promptly.
🔹 3. Payment Policy

For long-distance trips or during peak seasons, customers may be required to pay a deposit in advance to secure the booking.

The deposit will be deducted from the total trip cost or refunded according to the cancellation policy.

All charges are communicated transparently, with no hidden fees beyond the agreed amount.
